Imported directly from Italy, the mild Calabrian sauce is made with ripe chilli peppers, imparting a sweet note and a unique flavour. Aged for at least 30 days, this product is crafted using traditional methods, and is a perfect accompaniment to any cheese and bread platter. UCFM (Uncooked Fermented Meat), NOT heat treated.
